Houston: U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico addressed workers’ rights, fair wages, and economic inequality at the “Workers vs. Billionaires” rally hosted by the Gulf Coast AFL-CIO in Houston, Texas.
IAM Union International President Brian Bryant, Air Transport Territory General Vice President Richie Johnsen, and IAM Union’s Hasan Solomon also attended the event.

Talarico has made the “Workers vs. Billionaires” message a central theme of his U.S. Senate campaign. He argues that the real divide in American politics is not between the left and the right, but between working people and billionaires whose wealth gives them significant influence over government decisions and public policy.
He has advocated for higher wages, expanded overtime protections, and tax reforms aimed at ensuring that wealthy individuals and large corporations pay their fair share. According to Talarico, rising living costs, corporate influence, and economic inequality remain major concerns for working Americans.
