Firms Invited to Submit Bids for Pakistan Pavilion at FIME 2025

The Consulate General of Pakistan in Houston is pleased to announce an invitation for proposals/quotations from reputable firms for the construction and dismantling of the Pakistan Pavilion at the upcoming Florida International Medical Exhibition (FIME), scheduled to be held from June 11–13, 2025, at the Miami Beach Convention Center, Florida.

The Pakistan Pavilion will consist of 18 booths, each measuring 10×10 feet, showcasing the country’s healthcare and medical industry.

Required Services:

  • Construction and dismantling of the Pakistan Pavilion
  • Installation of 18 individual booths (10×10 ft each)

The proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Houston. The Consulate General of Pakistan, Houston, reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in accordance with the procurement rules of the Government of Pakistan.
