Recognizing this need, Plus1 and the Islamic Society of Greater Houston (ISGH) have joined hands to organize Be The Voice, a public speaking and khutbah workshop featuring Br. Omar Usman, a founding member of Qalam Institute.
This one-day immersive experience, scheduled for Saturday, February 15th, aims to equip both men and women with the tools to excel in public speaking—whether it’s delivering a compelling khutbah or addressing a large audience with confidence.
