Houston: The Alief ISD Education Foundation hosted another successful golf tournament at TPC Houston, bringing together more than 160 players and raising $144,000 to support students and teachers across Alief Independent School District.
This year’s fundraising total set a new record for the foundation, reflecting another strong year of community support and generosity.
Proceeds from the tournament will help provide teacher grants, senior scholarships, and support for the Alief Threads for Success program, which operates a school supplies and uniform pantry for students in need. The funds will help provide valuable resources and educational opportunities for students and educators throughout Alief ISD.
The foundation expressed its heartfelt appreciation to all sponsors, donors, volunteers, players, and community supporters whose generosity and commitment contributed to the success of the event.
Together, the Alief community continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and educators while helping create greater opportunities for success.
