HOUSTON: Zindagi Trust hosted its Annual Fundraising Dinner 2026 in Houston, attracting members of the Pakistani-American community, social figures and philanthropists. During the event, Zindagi Trust founder Shehzad Roy highlighted the organization’s efforts to improve public education and advance educational reforms in Pakistan.
Shehzad Roy briefed attendees on Zindagi Trust’s various education initiatives, efforts to improve government schools and programs aimed at providing students with a better learning environment. He emphasized the importance of support from the Pakistani community overseas in advancing the organization’s educational and welfare initiatives.
Renowned comedian Tabish Hashmi also attended the event and entertained guests with a special comedy performance. Attendees participated enthusiastically in the various segments of the program.
The fundraising dinner was organized to support the promotion of quality public education and educational reforms in Pakistan. Organizers thanked the guests and supporters for their participation and contributions, saying that continued support from the Pakistani community can help expand initiatives in the education sector.
According to Zindagi Trust, the Houston event was part of its annual fundraising program being held in several cities across the United States to raise support for its ongoing education initiatives in Pakistan.
