FORT BEND COUNTY: Fort Bend County Treasurer Bill Rickert hosted a campaign Meet & Greet attended by friends, community leaders, and supporters. The event provided an opportunity for guests to connect, share conversations, and reaffirm their commitment to the Fort Bend County community.
Rickert thanked everyone who attended, describing the evening as one filled with friendship, conversation, encouragement, and community support. He also expressed special appreciation to Don McCall for sponsoring and hosting the event, saying his friendship and support are deeply valued.
During the gathering, friends and community leaders spoke in support of Rickert and reflected on his service as Fort Bend County Treasurer. Rickert thanked those who shared their thoughts, saying their confidence, encouragement, and friendship were deeply meaningful to him.

Rickert also expressed his appreciation to everyone who has contributed to his campaign, volunteered, attended events, displayed campaign signs, shared information, offered advice, made phone calls, or supported the effort in other ways. He emphasized that a campaign is never the work of one person and thanked everyone who has contributed their time, resources, and support.
He also recognized J. Andres Novoa and the entire La Cocina team for their hospitality. Rickert highlighted Novoa’s longstanding commitment to Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels, including nearly two decades of fundraising efforts through La Cocina to support seniors in the community.
Rickert concluded by thanking the people of Fort Bend County for their friendship and support and for the opportunity to continue serving the community.
