Houston–Karachi Sister City Association Announces Registration Details for Houston Iftar

The Houston–Karachi Sister City Association has announced the opening date for registration for the Houston Iftar – the 27th Annual Ramadan Dinner with the Mayor of Houston, following strong interest from community members. According to the association, registration will open on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM CST (Houston, Texas time).

Complete registration details along with the official access link will be published on the event’s website at the time registration begins. The association stated that attendance at the annual Houston Iftar will require prior registration, which will be offered strictly on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited seating capacity. The Houston–Karachi Sister City Association thanked community members for their patience and continued enthusiasm, noting that the annual iftar has become a valued tradition that reflects Houston’s cultural diversity and spirit of inclusion during the holy month of Ramadan.
