Pakistan Chamber of Commerce–USA Hosts Inspiring Evening with BOP President Zafar Masud

Pakistan Chamber of Commerce–USA had the privilege of welcoming the President & CEO of the Bank of Punjab, Zafar Masud, during his visit for the launch of his book Seat 1C. His powerful account of surviving a tragic plane crash, battling emotional trauma, and rebuilding his life with extraordinary resilience deeply touched everyone in attendance. The audience remained fully engaged throughout the program.

Deputy Consul General of Houston Ashar Shahzad from the Pakistan Consulate honored the gathering with his presence, adding significance to the occasion. The event was skillfully hosted by Minnah Piprani, whose professionalism kept the program flowing smoothly.

In recognition of his achievements and service, the Chamber’s Board awarded Zafar Masud an Honorary Lifetime Membership. The evening was jointly organized by Salman Razzaqi, Shahid Hashmi, and Tarannum Shabbir, whose efforts ensured a memorable event.

Special appreciation was extended to Jaffar Hussain for providing outstanding media coverage for the Chamber. The audience was also delighted by the presence of renowned musician Nusrat Hussain, formerly of Vital Signs and Junoon.

A heartfelt thank-you was conveyed to President Amir Piprani for his leadership, along with Vice President S. M. Ali, and team members Humaira Rehan, Fauzia Khan, Faraz Javed, Jahanzaib Lakhani, Furukh Khan, and Affaf Sharif, for their dedication in making the evening a success.
