Sugar Land secured the fourth spot, while Cinco Ranch came in second, just behind The Woodlands, which topped the list.
High-Performing Schools Contribute to Ranking
Many schools in these areas also received high marks from Niche, earning A-plus ratings based on factors such as academics, teaching quality, extracurricular activities, diversity, college prep, and sports programs. Notable schools include Clements High School, Harmony School of Excellence-Sugar Land, Fort Bend Christian Academy, Logos Preparatory Academy, Seven Lakes High School, Cinco Ranch High School, and Michael L. Griffin Elementary School.
Homeownership and Income Statistics
The ranking also considered property ownership rates, with Sugar Land showing that 81% of residents own their homes, and Cinco Ranch slightly ahead at 83%. In terms of income, Sugar Land has a median household income of $121,274, while Cinco Ranch boasts a higher median household income of $141,752.
