Dubai, December 26, 2024 – The UAE mission in Houston has issued an advisory urging UAE citizens in the United States to exercise caution due to expected heavy rains and potential flooding, particularly in the Houston area.
Citizens were also encouraged to register for the Twajudi service for better assistance during emergencies.

The Houston metro area has been grappling with severe weather, including multiple tornadoes and flash flood warnings issued by the National Weather Service (NWS). Hazardous driving and dangerous marine conditions have also been highlighted as significant risks.
