HOUSTON, TX — The Consulate General of Pakistan in Houston, in collaboration with Pakistan’s Ministry of IT & Telecom through Tech Destination Pakistan and OPEN Dallas, will host the 2nd Pak-US Tech Investment Conference in Dallas on October 19, 2026.
The conference is aimed at strengthening business and investment links between Pakistan’s growing technology sector and the U.S. market, bringing a selected group of Pakistani technology companies together with Texas-based investors, corporate leaders, technology buyers and potential strategic partners.
The event will place a strong emphasis on business-to-business engagement and concrete commercial opportunities, rather than traditional presentations. Participating Pakistani IT companies will have the opportunity to present their products and services directly to U.S. companies and explore enterprise contracts, investment opportunities, technology partnerships and joint ventures.
Pakistani Tech Firms to Showcase Growing Capabilities
The Pakistani delegation will feature export-oriented technology companies working across several high-growth areas, including:
- Artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Cybersecurity and cloud solutions
- Fintech and enterprise software
- Digital transformation and mobility systems
The conference follows growing momentum in Pakistan-U.S. technology engagement, including investment commitments and business opportunities generated through earlier bilateral technology initiatives.
Texas Offers Strategic Market for Pakistan
Texas has emerged as an important center for technology, business and investment in the United States, while the state is also home to a large and active Pakistani-American community.
For Pakistan’s technology sector, the conference provides an opportunity to use the diaspora’s business networks, market knowledge, investment capacity and technical expertise to expand into the U.S. market.
The organizers see the event as a platform to connect Pakistani technology companies with American businesses and investors and help increase Pakistan’s presence in the global IT and digital economy.
Opportunities for Pakistani-American Businesses
The conference could also provide opportunities for Pakistani-American entrepreneurs and technology professionals in Texas to engage directly with companies from Pakistan.
Business leaders interested in exploring B2B opportunities or arranging meetings with members of the Pakistani delegation can contact the trade wing through the Consulate General of Pakistan in Houston.
The October 19 conference is expected to further strengthen commercial ties between Pakistan and the United States while creating new opportunities for technology companies seeking investment, partnerships and access to the U.S. market.
