HOUSTON (Correspondent): A special fundraising event was held in Houston in support of the Human Necessity Foundation, established by the late renowned Naat reciter, social figure, and philanthropist Junaid Jamshed. Members of the community from various backgrounds attended the event and extended their generous support for the foundation’s humanitarian mission.
The event witnessed an extraordinary spirit of service and generosity, with more than $110,000 raised in just 30 minutes. According to the organizers, the funds will support the foundation’s charitable mission and humanitarian initiatives.

A notable feature of the evening was the participation of Taimoor Junaid Jamshed, son of the late Junaid Jamshed. Renowned actor Faysal Qureshi and social activist Fauzia Kasuri were also in attendance. The three expressed their support for the foundation’s mission and its efforts to serve humanity.
Participants said that the community’s collective support for charitable causes plays an important role in promoting a spirit of service and compassion in society. Donors also expressed their commitment to continuing their support for humanitarian and charitable initiatives.

The evening also featured a special performance by Pride of Performance award recipient Sher Miandad Khan and his Qawwali group. Their soulful performance added to the atmosphere of the gathering and was warmly appreciated by the audience.
At the conclusion of the event, the organizers expressed their gratitude to all attendees, supporters, and donors, saying that the community’s generous response would help further strengthen the foundation’s ongoing humanitarian efforts.
