HOUSTON: The National Asian and Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneurship held its 2026 Annual Conference in Houston, bringing together more than 700 business leaders, corporate representatives, policymakers, innovators, and experts from various fields. The conference focused on promoting small businesses, expanding business opportunities, and facilitating the exchange of experiences and ideas among professionals from diverse sectors.
The conference featured six expert-led sessions, along with a special marketplace showcasing various businesses and organizations. Speakers and participants shared their views on business growth, innovation, collaboration, and future opportunities.
Representing Houston Mayor John Whitmire, Chief of International Affairs Gigi Lee addressed the gathering and highlighted Houston as an important destination for starting, expanding, and relocating businesses. She also outlined the city’s key economic strengths.
Gigi Lee said Houston benefits from a diverse and talented workforce, a relatively affordable cost of living, a business-friendly environment, and access to global markets, all of which contribute to the growth of business activity and the region’s economic development.
The conference organizers expressed their appreciation for hosting the National ACE Annual Conference in Houston and thanked all attendees, speakers, supporting organizations, exhibitors, and partners whose cooperation contributed to the success of the event.
